Our small group Mat classes are a fun and supportive way to learn the fundamentals of Pilates and progress through intermediate exercises.
All levels welcome. Please advise us of any injuries prior to the class

Includes an initial consultation plus 3 Pilates private sessions.
Functional Pilates Small Group Class STARTER PACK - $205
Small group functional Pilates sessions with a maximum 4 in a class. Tailored exercise programmes within a semi private class with a focus on each individual needs.
Includes initial consultation plus 3 Functional Pilates 4:1 sessions.
