Our small group Mat classes are a fun and supportive way to learn the fundamentals of Pilates and progress through intermediate exercises.
All levels welcome. Please advise us of any injuries prior to the class

Small group clinical sessions with a maximum 4 in a class. Tailored exercise programmes within a semi private class with a focus on each individual needs.
