Arah Kinetic Pilates Instructors

Meika Wibrow

Meika, a Sunshine Coast native and owner of Arah Kinetic Movement Therapy brings together her passions for movement, holistic health, and the ocean in both her life and her work.

Her journey into Pilates began after a car accident that left her with whiplash. Alongside this, she experienced other injuries over time and discovered how powerful movement and Pilates could be in supporting recovery and rebuilding strength. Through her own healing journey, she experienced the transformative benefits of Pilates — not only physically, but also in reconnecting with her body and building resilience. Inspired by this experience, Meika went on to complete a Diploma of Contemporary Pilates, gaining extensive knowledge across Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, and Mat Pilates.

Alongside Pilates, Meika is a qualified Naturopath with a strong background in herbal medicine, nutrition, and holistic therapies. She is also an Exercise Physiologist in the making, currently in her fourth and final year of study, further expanding her ability to support clients in rehabilitation, movement, and overall wellbeing.

Outside the studio, Meika is a keen surfer and ocean lover who feels most at home in the water. When she’s not teaching or studying, you’ll often find her at the beach or spending time with her dogs, embracing the relaxed coastal lifestyle she loves. 🌊

Tassia Olive

All the way from Brazil, Tassia has been following her passion for movement and whole-body wellness.

Her journey with Pilates began during a difficult time, when she was experiencing ongoing back pain. Between painkillers and physiotherapy treatments, Pilates became her sanctuary — a place where she could move, rebuild strength, and find relief both physically and mentally. Within just a few months, Tassia saw her own body transform. Even more importantly, she left each class feeling empowered and capable of overcoming any obstacle life placed in front of her.

That powerful experience inspired her to take the next step and become a Certified Pilates Instructor, so she could help others discover the same strength, confidence, and sense of wellbeing that Pilates gave her.

Tassia’s teaching style focuses on creating thoughtful strategies that help clients connect their mind with their movement in a harmonious and supportive way. She believes that when we slow down, tune in, and move with intention, we naturally reconnect with our centre and build a stronger relationship with our bodies.

She holds a Diploma in Pilates and is certified in Mat Pilates, Barre, Reformer, and Cadillac, allowing her to support clients across a variety of Pilates styles and experiences.
